Direct Hire Placement

We connect companies with qualified, reliable professionals in the skilled trades. Our team handles sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates so you can focus on running your business.

Placement Fee:
A standard fee of 15% of the candidate’s annual salary is due at the time of hire.

Guarantee:
We stand behind our placements. If a candidate leaves within the first 30 days, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
